A new boy in school, Carter (Kyle Clare), is a big-time swimmer and hot.  Carter’s mom meets Danny’s dad at an AA meeting and Danny ends up at the house with a troubled Carter, who is drawn to him. Awww!  So adorable, really loved this movie.  It’s seductive, powerful and ultimately tragic.  The differences between Danny and Carter seem great, but in reality they share a lot in common.  This film contains one of the better love making scenes in recent memory.  The score is also really wonderful and original.  As a gay person who did not come out until 21, this is the kind of film that reaches the inner child within you that never had a boyfriend in high school.  It’s a good movie that I recommend but be warned, it deals with a tough reality!
